My long terms goals in my own fitness journey is to simply become the best version of myself. With my online coaching a focus of mine is to help my clients share the same vision. I myself grew up as an overweight child and constantly was bullied by people around me. I cannot stress enough how fitness has changed me not only physically but most importantly mentally. There is nothing like waking up and feeling positive about life.
As a coach, one of the most important tips I can give to anyone is to truly understand that everything they do in their life requires a balance. At the end of the day, WHAT YOU DO EVERYDAY WILL BE YOUR OUTCOME OF WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE. If you want to eat candy, sweets, carbs, and ice cream all day – well that’s your choice! You can’t expect to get in shape if you don’t follow the concept of having a balance.
